It was really slow in he beginning, but oh my GOSH! The ending!?! Wow. Tahereh you have done it again. It took awhile to get going but that is because of the world building and OMG its such a beautiful world. I love Cyrus he is so sassy. I love Kamran he is so caring. THE CLIFFHANGER!?!!?! HELLO? Oh Alizeh, have fun 😚

Did the world building make me watch to jump out of my window? yes, but it was worth it in the end. I think I probably had to re read the first few chapters like 15 times before I got a grasp of what was going on but it's ok! I don't really know why but I enjoyed this book a lot. The cliff hanger was excruciating but it's ok because I'm writing this after I already finished the second book!! I read this book when it first came out shortly after I finished the shatter me series. I was expecting s ...more
