What Members Thought
After rereading this book from my childhood I really understood more of the purpose and meaning behind the book. While I of course hated the ending and wanted to know more I liked the structure of the book and the relationship between the Giver and the Receiver.
I really like this book but was dissapointed at the ending. I'm not sure I really understood what happened. I was told to read the others in the series and it would make more sense.

Really excited to learn that this is a series, and for the movie coming out this year! Wonder who Meryl Streep will be playing?
