This was... really interesting
What I liked:
The depth of the world building and how unique it was. The story kept me entertained continuously and the plot twists were very unexpected.
What I didn't like so much:
How I wasn't able to understand some details and characters. The way the plot was explained was complicated for no reason. I kept going back to see which title or name was referring to which character. Towards the end, I was finally less confused. This is why I feel like I want to read ...more

When I started reading I thought this would be a 3 star read for me, however once I got further in, I really got excited about this one. Excited to read the next one, as I wasn't entirely happy with the outcome...too much backstabbing. I need more! Nightbane here I come! ...more

I really really LOVED this book!!
The plot and the love triangle we just AMAZING but there were some plot holes and things that didn’t make sense.

Lightlark is an island and appears every 100 years but has people living there permanently??? How? and when it’s not visible there’s really BAD BAD weather (lightning storms and stuff like that) but somehow there’s cafes and shops and bars that people go to everyday???? And the centennial is supposed to be a deadly game, DOESNT THAT MEAN SOMEONE HA ...more
