I can already tell you this series is top tier, even after reading just 2 of the books!

Again, GREAT character development. The emotional factor woven into all these characters is next level.

I love the beautiful writing and crafting that led us to the end of this book! The answers to some things we've been wondering throughout the first 2 books; the portal, the Fae EARS, the powers, it is set up so nicely for the next books in the series! Always a downer when Chaol starts acting Chaol-like.

Audibly gasped at the end so I could feel what I felt the first time I read the last chapter of this book. It worked.
