4.5! LOVE LOVE LOVED this book. it was phenomenal. not sure why it’s not a 5 star read for me, i just didn’t get the whole 5 star feeling. BUT it was such a fun read. I was never bored, it had so much action. the spice (when i finally got to it) was better than i expected by a long shot. I loved how it ended with so many cliffhangers & new information; unlike the last book where it was pretty much summed up and I had no clue what was going to happen in the next book.

This book is quite literally one of these best books I’ve ever read. AND SARAH YOUE NEED EVERY AWARD EVER CREATED FOR WRITING THIS MASTERPIECE. Every part of this book was an emotional ride but I loved it.

Dare I say this - I can understand why tampon is the way he is (at the start of the book) what he risked to bring her to prythian and he just wanted to keep her safe. However, he did it the wrong way and he’s still a cunt and he put the wall up so she couldn’t leave, like who does that after everything she had been through. Obviously as we got to the end of the book and he made the deal with the king and let the king “break” Rhysand and Feyre’s bond, I’ve never wanted to kill someone ...more

The first book in this series was a remarkable adventure, but this book exceeded all expectations. I was initially skeptical about the TikTok hype surrounding Rhysand being the superior male compared to Tamlin, but now I can wholeheartedly agree - Rhysand is by far the superior choice!

The emotional depth and the raw vulnerability of the characters in this book is truly remarkable. Rhysand's protective nature in the first book is now beautifully explained, and his expressions of love for Feyre ha ...more

Picks up right where "A Court of Thorns and Roses" left off, and it's a wild ride from start to finish. I couldn't get enough of it and found myself frustrated that my schedule kept me from being glued to the pages. This book was far better than the first one, mainly due to the pacing and less talk of "watery bowels" this time around lol. Can't wait to dive into the next book in the series! ...more
