This felt so unreal.

Finally! I feel like we’ve been waiting forever. I loved this so much (and thank god for that because the first one destroyed me..in the best way) even with the ending.
The processing of the trauma for Pae was so heartbreaking to read. I feel like people forget she and Kai are 18/19 years old. They’re so young! Get these people therapy like, yesterday! I love them.

I am so pleasantly surprised. After powerless I considered dropping the whole series. I thought it was far too similar to red Queen and parts to the hunger games. I didn’t feel as connected to the plot or characters as a consequence. But I figured I would give it one more shot and read Reckless. And boy I am so happy I did. what the freaking heck was that?! guessed it from very early on but still shocked to be right
4.5 ⭐️ I loved this book, however went into a HUGE reading slump half way through it due to life being so full on, so happy to finally FOUR MONTHS later finish it!
Here’s to hopefully not landing in another slump due to the hectic-ness of life in the next four months !! 😅🩶

That ending was crazy! But really good story and I cannot wait to read the next.
