What Members Thought
I loved the beginning and ending of this book, the character development, growth, and the twists at the end. But the middle dragged for me. I found myself bored and increasing the speed of the audiobook to get through it faster. I think the narrator also grated on my nerves a bit. He speaks in a whimsical and silly manner that I think can be endearing for most readers (clearly this book is incredibly well reviewed) but it just wasn’t for me.
