the way i thought i knew where something was going, and then i was completely wrong. also wtf this whole book kept me on my toes i couldn’t put it down
I’ve decided to settle on a 3/5 for this. It took me a while to get into and I found myself frustrated the whole way through however, Freida has a way of writing that means I cannot put the book down so I had to keep reading. Unfortunately, I guessed a major plot point which ruined the twist for me but I still enjoyed the read
An entertaining read as usual, but not as intriguing as the previous two books. It's still easy to finish in one go, though the plot isn't as gripping this time. I thought it was a 3-star book until the very last page, which changed my mind. The ending gave me an 'ah-ha' moment and made me want to read the first chapter again. Overall, it's another good addition to the 'Housemaid' series.

Not sure what Freida puts in her books but oh my god! Super good book, I loved this series

honestly nothing will ever top the first housemaid book. i feel like i was really enjoying most of this one, it just wasn’t my favorite ending. but freida knows how to write a fast paced read that keeps me entertained so..3.5 ⭐️
