Great series! I liked the second book as much as the first. I was interested to see how the author was going to feed off of the first books storyline, and she did great! Frieda McFadden writes turn-page thrillers that are hard to put down/easy to read. Highly suggest for someone who is looking to dip into thrillers or reading in general!

my brain was working overtime trying to figure out what was going to happen, but everything was just so unexpected to me
Although it’s not as good as the first one, the Housemaid's Secret is still quite entertaining. It's the type of book I am desperate to read the ending, but not so much about the detail.

I didn’t realize this was book 2 of a series, but I enjoyed it! I liked how Freida McFadden portrayed her character, Millie, and then later you learn to understand Nina’s character. The ending was a HUGE plot twist for me, and I honestly could not put the book down. I agree with others who have posted that this book had twists that I could not predict and completely caught me off guard. This was a fun read. I’ll definitely read books written by Freida McFadden.
