First of all, for those of you who like spice, I would place this firmly at about a 2 BUT this is the first in a series, so I hope this dial gets turned up.

I loved this book! The plot at points was kinda predictable but the journey and creativity in this is unmatched! The concept of the gods and the gifts i loved - although a guide in the front as to which gods had which power would be useful!
At points I thought Freya was a bit irritating, everyone was just not caring about her and she would time and time again turn a blind eye 🥲
But this was such a good read, and i couldn’t put it down! Very action filled!

2.75⭐️ I really wanted to like this book but it was sooooo boring until the last 15%. I really disliked the FMC she was whinny and annoying. The MMC could have been stronger and the banter could have been better. All these things, and the fact the ending was totally predictable are the reasons I gave it 2.75 rating.
