Slow start. The book finally picked up when Oak was introduced. This wasn’t as good as the Folk of the Air trilogy. I liked being back in the this world. I just miss the original characters so much. I hope we see more of them in the next book. I do plan on reading The Prisoner’s Throne and finishing the duology.
