I was hesitant to read this book because, well, it seemed boring and I’m busy. But I’m so glad I did! (Thanks to my book club!)I loved it and I stayed up way too late turning pages.
The depth of these characters is amazing. The strong Catholic mother, the boy who is different, the power of life’s every day experiences. I laughed. I cried. My heart squeezed.
