It’s been quite sometime since I read a thriller, but i’m glad this is the one I picked up. I loved it. I know people have mixed feelings about the book, whether it be that is was slow moving or predictable, but I really did not see it.

I absolutely loved every minute of it. I read this book through a mixture of physical book and audio and I highly recommend listening the the audio. The actor who plays Theo tells the story perfectly.

this book threw me for a LOOP

besides the slight timeline confusion (which after looking it up, was resolved for me), this book is masterfully written. holy shit.

Read this in one day. Simply couldn’t put it down—I brought it with me throughout my house all day, constantly needing to consume and know what happens. At so many points I felt as though I knew what was going to happen and that I was so sneaky for figuring out the story before it had been revealed. Ha Ha. Usually the biggest thing I don’t like about mystery books is the lack of characterization, and often times I feel distanced from a lot of the characters in the story. But, I didn’t feel that way about this book at all!! I loved getting to know the characters, and even though they weren’t all super fleshed out, I still feel like they were given unique personalities and I wanted to learn more about them.
