It’s been quite sometime since I read a thriller, but i’m glad this is the one I picked up. I loved it. I know people have mixed feelings about the book, whether it be that is was slow moving or predictable, but I really did not see it.
I absolutely loved every minute of it. I read this book through a mixture of physical book and audio and I highly recommend listening the the audio. The actor who plays Theo tells the story perfectly.

Wow, I loved this book. I was hooked from the first few pages and basically it only took me according to my Kindle about 5 hours to read. It kept me guessing and second guessing myself throughout the entire book. One of the best thrillers I've read in awhile.

Usually the biggest thing I don’t like about mystery books is the lack of characterization, and often times I feel distanced from a lot of the characters in the story. But, I didn’t feel that way about this book at all!! I loved getting to know the characters, and even though they weren’t all super fleshed out, I still feel like they were given unique personalities and I wanted to learn more about them.

This fucking book. It’s been quite a while since I read it so the full plot isn’t fresh on my mind, but I loved the story and I sure as hell didn’t see the twist at the end. This book gave me trust issues, but I guess that’s the right of a good thriller.
The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides is such a page turner. as someone who always guessing how it’s gonna go in mystery book, it keeps getting twist after twist. i’m really picky about mystery writer, but Michaelides would be someone i read

More like 3.75, I felt the ending could’ve been more detailed. It feels it was left on a slight hanger..
Kinda confusing at the end and doesn’t live up to the hype for me.
