A gripping page-turner with a unique plot and storytelling method following two different timelines. The small snippets from the future documentary transcripts kept me glued to the pages as I just had to know what happened next and how the all the pieces fit together.

It's been a while since I've read a thriller this well-written, and I it will likely set a high standard for my future reads. I would 100% recommend it! ...more

It was a good book but I had higher expectations. The reviews made it seem like I was going to have my jaw on the floor with the plot twist but honestly… it wasn’t that amazing.
The book itself is a 4 ⭐️ bit if you were expecting something like the Housemaid ,like I was, you’ll be disappointed.

This was another book club pick ✨ (join Paper and String book club everyone hehe) and it was a riveting mystery. I loved the book title and how it right away instilled a sense of skepticism while reading. It also kind of confused me though, because even after reading the ending I don't really know what to believe lol. It was kind of open ended which is a hit or miss for me with book endings. I would recommend it for a book club read, but in my personal reading life I probably would have put this ...more
