I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews for this one but I loved it! Fast paced and I was engaged the entire time. I almost felt like the spicy scenes between our FMC/MMC (which were very minimal) weren’t even really necessary. However, I’m always here for a dash of romance.

I don’t have a problem with fantasy/trials violence (especially with magical beasts), so that didn’t bother me in the slightest. I would also say it’s a book focused on a Gladiator, so come on now! What were you expecting.😜
