Wow wow wow 😭 I stayed up until 4am reading this, I sobbed at least 4 times, and now I’m sitting in a state of shock. This was a very very very good book. The magic system was fascinating, the characters were intriguing, and the tones and realities were harrowing. As someone who has always found myself confusing, I actually related a lot to Sciona. Not for being brilliant 🤣💀, but for being selfish, instinctively focused on my own wellbeing and interests, and yet being deeply appall ...more
