What Members Thought
Definitely had a slow start but it was mostly trying to understand names and places, etc. Although once I made it through that, I could not put it down. Excited for the next book!
As I read- I found what many had mentioned, there were hints of Beauty & the Beast. With that being said- I really did love this book.
I didn’t want to like it. I didn’t want to start the fantasy genre. But alas- here I am. I own the first two books and the next three are in my Amazon cart.
I am looking forward to the rest of the story.
I hope to find out why Booktok is telling me that Tamlin is bad🤷🏻♀️

Loved it! Took a little bit for the story to get going but once it picked up I couldn't put it down!

I first read this a while ago, but it wasn't bad. Genuinely enjoyable. A little slow at times, but nice and fairytale-like. It really stands alone from the rest of the series in my opinion. Worth reading.
