wowowowow. 4.5 only bc it was kinda slow in the middle. but i was screaming the whole ending was phenomenal. everyone’s been saying that the other books in the series are so much better than this one but i don’t understand how bc it was so good😭 i’m so in love with the world and the characters and extremely excited to keep reading the series!!

I really did enjoy this book. I would give it 5 stars, but MY GOD, Feyre was insufferable for 75% of the book. She made INCREDIBLY stupid decisions that was really frustrating for me to read over and over again.

It does not matter how many times Feyre gets told to NOT do something, she pulls a "nuh uh, i'm smarter than you High Lords and High Fae even though I'm a human who was told only lies about the severity of Prythian!!!!!" Every time she would rebel, I hoped she would ...more

I mean, what can I say? It has it all. Shocker. I will say- I’m so surprised that I was able to not have the ending spoiled for me with all the hype around these books. I was genuinely surprised by the ending and that doesn’t really happen for me!
