What a lovely beginning to Penny Zeller’s Wyoming Sunrise series! This book tells the story of Lydie Beauchamp and Solomon Eliason, parents of future main characters in upcoming books. Their meet cute was one of the most unusual introductions I have ever read and almost gave their story an enemies-to-more vibe. If you loved “Forgotten Memories” you will want to read this prequel novella about Lydie and Solomon. This was such a cute story. School teacher and reverend love story. Solomon trying his best to prove to his grandfather that he wouldn’t fail. Lydie trying to be successful at teaching. So fun learning how they got together. Overall great story!
