The Cowboy’s Secret Past by Tina Radcliffe is the third in the Lazy M Ranch series. Trevor Morgan has changed his life and helps run his family’s ranch. He has life in order including his heart. Hope Burke, a nurse, comes to the ranch to help with Trevor’s father. She is also in town to find the father of her nephew.

I’ve been waiting for Trevor’s story since the Lazy M Ranch series began and this book exceeded my expectations! I adored this particular cowboy and his lifelong hobby(won’t tell which hobby since I don’t want to spoil it) and his immediate connection to a lonely little boy who recently lost his mama. This is book 3 in a series about four brothers who work on their family ranch. It can easily be read as a standalone. I really liked the family dynamics in this story about forgiveness, faith, hope and love. I always enjoy Love Inspired stories, they are novella length (around 200 pages), can generally be read in one day and always end on an uplifting note.
I won a copy of this book in a giveaway. I was not required to leave a review and all opinions are my own.

Both had independent streaks and reasons for wanting to maintain distance and it was fun seeing the slow thaw take place as they got to know each other and realize they had more in common than previously thought. Gramps (Gus) was a hoot as usual, and Hope’s nephew Col ...more
