This is my first book by this author, and I will likely read the rest of the series eventually!
Characters: Emma Grace and Ray were both likeable leads. At times, I would have liked some better fleshing out of the characters. Having said that, every author has their own style and strengths. I didn’t feel they were “flat”, nor did I find the story or people boring. As for side characters, I especially was drawn to Ruth and Frank. I’m glad to say get their own story!
