Wow. An incredible and thorough story. I can’t wait to read the next book. These characters were amazing and the situation and their pasts were tough. It was so well done. The romance and the suspense and the law enforcement angles. Just, wow.

Shelves: suspense

I struggled to get into this book. The first few chapters switch from one seemingly unrelated character to another. I'm glad I stuck it out as the book was well worth the read.

This was a heart-wrenching story filled with faith, intrigue, mystery, and suspense, but if you like a nice neat resolution at the end, you might want to skip this one. ...more
