I highly recommend Love in the Headlines to everyone! There is no reason not to read this noteworthy novel!

This is a fun, enjoyable, adorable, wonderful read! It is complete with shenanigans, adorable pets, a close proximity troupe, fun and witty banter, sweet and tender romance, and mystery!

I greatly appreciated the Christian faith content.

Do you love squeaky clean romcoms that are hilarious and full of Christian Content? Then this is the book for you! Oh my goodness, I don’t think I have ever laughed so much in a first chapter than I did in this one. The first chapter is hilarious and the hilarity continues throughout the entire book. This book was just an absolute delight! The situations these characters find themselves in is just so funny! Carleigh and Trey are The Oakville Daily Duo much to their dislike. Yes my friends, it’s ...more

I love it when the characters are known for their shared faith. Seeing Trey and Carleigh interact with each other is pure bliss because at the end of the day, they may be rivals, but they also care for each other as believers. It's from this background that they are able to grow in their fondness for each other, especially when they're thrown together as the Oakville Daily Duo for the newspaper they work at in their small town. This is a charming story filled with dog antics, a troublesome van, ...more

This story was ok. It took me a bit to get into. I like dogs (we have two labs), but I’m not one of those dog-parent people😅 If you love reading books focused a lot on dogs, you’ll prob love this story.

On a POSITIVE note: The town was adorable and kind of Mayberry like. There we

A delightful book! I loved everything about this book! The quaint setting, the mystery that had to be solved, and the fabulous characters! They are all so relatable and genuine! Oakville and its people are perfect! Yes, they have troubles, but they unite together to face them. A definite must read!
I was provided an ARC copy from the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Penny Zeller takes the reader on a fun adventure in this enemies-to-friends contemporary romance. The witty banter in the dialog and comical situations keep the story moving.

Carleigh and Trey are journalists who compete for what they each believe are the best assignments. When their boss pairs them together, their lives will never be the same. Forced to work as a team, they tackle each hilarious small-town story and slowly become friends.

My favorite part of this book was the amazing dialog betwe
