I really love the messages of God's forgiveness and redemption in this story about a single mom regretting past choices in her life. Alissa comes across in such a vulnerable manner that it is easy to understand her doubts and misgivings about others. At the same time, Stephen is also going through similar emotions while grappling with events outside of his control. An enjoyable 3rd book in this series. They can be read in order or as stand alone. The first book is still my favorite. This one had a really good message on God’s faithfulness and His forgiving His children when they ask Him. He is not like man! 🙌❤️ the end was not my favorite…it wasn’t bad. But there were a few aspects that seemed unrealistic with the family dynamic at the end(no spoilers). Talk about a strong faith filled story! I just loved it so much! I really appreciated the way the author addressed Alissa's pregnancy and sin. Very well done. I definitely cried in during this book. I loved both of the main characters, Alissa and Stephen. They learn to trust and depend on one another very quickly and I just love it. I loved how Stephen helped Alissa to accept God's forgiveness.
