Really loved this book!!! So wonderful! I feel like the story really takes off after the first 5 chapters or so. I think partly because there is a lot of POVs to get used to. But I just loved it! Great writing and characters! I really loved Julia. I especially liked that this story is set in the Edwardian time period in England. This book developed my faith. I love it when a book does that.
Julia has been a missionary in India, but when her dad gets ill, they come home so he can recover. To support her parents, she takes a job as a governess to two young kids plus their two female, teenage cousins.
William’s wife has left him and his children and he’s hired a governess to educate them. He owes taxes on the estate and is in jeopardy of losing everything.

This was a clean, sweet romance with heavy Christianity themes and even preaching. It reminded me of The Sound of Music.
Since it is a romance, I would've enjoyed more romance in it. Many of Julia and William's interactions weren't described, and it simply said later that they spent many evenings together talking. I felt like we didn't really get to read why they fell in love with each other.
