I do quite like the narrative voice but is not necessarily an exhilarating read - which I suppose is on purpose. Quite frustrating at times actually, but a good political message nonetheless. This book teaches the importance of standing up for your rights before it is too late.

Once I borrowed someone's copy and it had black mold on it and I gagged in my English lit class when I saw it.

Soul crushing and terrifying how close to reality this could become.
Some sentences in this novel can depict the female world, while showing how it can be a million times worse.
This is a must read for every single person.
