The fact that this piece of literature was written in 1847 by a woman in her late twenties is astonishing. There's nothing to add frankly. Some trivial words could never define what I felt or went through while reading this. I met Jane Eyre during my low self-esteem era, and I'd lie if I said this gem failed to rejuvenate a good chunk of sense and composure in my misery. I am at a loss for words.
