First off, what is Holly Jackson's problem with cute romance and their sad endings!? First Ravi, now Ash?

Okay, we're gonna start with the good things first because I'm a good person-

➤ THE PLOT TWIST. Crazy. It was the kind of plot twist where you'll be so shocked in the moment, your jaw on the floor and later tell everyone 'I knew it in the back of my head'. So yeah guys, I saw it coming 🙂‍↔️

i loved this book but i feel like around 100 pages were just filler and weren’t really that necessary so it could’ve been shorter. but i really enjoyed the twists and even guessing one but i definitely didn’t see the others coming. holly jackson always makes me start a book and then never be able to put it down until i finish it and find out what the twists are and i love it. so far my ranking of her books would have to go a good girl’s guide to murder series> five survive> the reappearance of r ...more

ok i really thought i could guess a holly jackson plot twist this time.. i mean i kinda did.. but at the same time i didn’t.. whatever 😁

i was constantly suspecting on rachel, not trusting her behavior, afraid of what she might do to bel - at one point i even considered the possibility of her not being the actual rachel price.

It took me a while to write out this review, and even longer to read the book, but that’s on me. College got in the way (oops?).

I know I say this in a lot of reviews, but I loved this book! I get why it’s Holly’s favorite, it was SO good!

Even though it took me MONTHS, I was constantly thinking about it, and I never felt out of the loop even as weeks passed without having opened the book.
