I understand the significance of this translation but I think it was very dry, especially in the beginning, and I have a lot of questions about Wilson’s word choice. Much of the language she used was very contemporary and colloquial, but other times it was very traditional. It was not very poetic, though, and seemed much too literal sometimes. However, towards the end, the stark descriptions really felt relevant.
