I loved this book so so much. It threw me for multiple loops and I LOVED it, I can’t wait to continue the series!:)

I think I’m slightly more team Grayson but I also really like Jameson. My fav Hawthorne is probs Xander tho:’)

I tried my best not to dislike this book as I read through it. The writing style and short chapters kept it interesting with a fast-paced narrative. However, the characters felt poorly developed, and the abundance of riddles scattered throughout the pages felt random. It became quite boring in the middle, and suddenly the last few pages rushed by. Even as the book ends with a cliffhanger, some things are not at all clear, leaving questions unanswered. I absolutely LOVED this book. There wasn’t a part of this that was boring and it caught my attention every chapter and I just couldn’t put it down! It’s one of those books that get you out of a reading slump and I highly recommend this. I’m very excited to read the second!

WOWZA!

I thought this book, would be pretty plain with an obvious ending.... i was wrong.

The plot kept changing within every chapter, and the characters were great and 3 dimensional.

Avery is actually a good main character, and I really ship her and Jamie. The whole Emilt side-plot I found quite interesting, it also made me keep reading to find out what was next.

This book was so many things and is totally a MUST READ!!
