i liked it! i was worried abt it being too confusing and the plot twists being extraneous but it was super easy to follow and not confusing, thank god. tbh the only reason i rated it four stars instead of five was bc i just read the hand on the wall, a superb mystery and this, while 👌👌, it fell short of being as spectacular as the truly devious series

• This book... bro there is so many words. All good!
• I’m always drawn in from the first chapter. I couldn't put it down.
• Barnes is a pretty great writer I’ve certainly read better but I’ll give it to her it was great
• I rly enjoyed being in Avery’s head
• a couple friends of mine who read this said she had no personality and that’s why they didn’t like it which I can see and understand but I rly didn’t have a problem with it.

OKAY I CALLED THAT ENDING
So I may have “accidentally” looked at the last line in the book but I figured out who that person was like 200 pages before the ending
The book was over all really good I enjoyed how fast paced it was and the mystery was so good.
The only thing I didn’t like was how rushed the development of her relationship with Jameson and Grayson was.
I’m not really rooting for either one of them to be her lover because they both kinda suck.
Anyways I can’t wait to read the next book w ...more
