Tijan has done it again. I'm a fan of paranormal, but it's few and far between to find one that captures me from the get go. This author blew all my expectations out of the water. This book is intriguing, sexy and full of mystery. With twists and turns keeping you wanting to read more. Kellan and Shay are not your typical high school students. I have to start by saying I'm a big fan of Tijan but this one didn't do it for me.

I'm okay with the fantasy part of the book. I always like to mix up what I read. I felt this book had too many side characters that took away from the main ones. The chemistry was under developed and when they did get together it fell short.

Of course this doesn't stop me from reading more Tijan books, like I said I'm a big fan but this one wasn't for me. ...more

I love Tijan books-usually. This one just did not do it for me. No kept waiting for the story to grab me and get better, but it never happened. No real action in the book. No real action with the male/female leads.
