Love Changes took me over ten years to complete. As for writing, this story started with voice. I developed the characters, and the characters did their thing. From Spider, the quirky, vintage toy collector and record label go-fer; to Mia, his frugal, overzealous, confrontational girlfriend; to Romell, the high-octane, super-driven stock analyst and Mia’s relentlessly flirtatious, male best friend, these were characters I enjoyed waking up to each morning.
