I once tried to read this book when a blizzard shuffled me into a hotel room, however I was soon distracted by a pizza and cable tv, to my never-ending shame...
The Art of War is well written and straightforward. If you have an interest in reading of such a topic, this is a great place to begin. After reading this I connected why certain wars were won/lost all throughout history.
