The Maid is a quick read and a quirky little mystery. The main character, Molly, is a hotel maid. She also has obsessive qualities, difficulty reading people, and basic life-skills. She is protected by some people but grossly used by others. The reader can see how the criminal elements are setting her up but she sees mostly good in others. I enjoyed the mystery, the work for justice, and her story.
