An illuminating and heartbreaking inside look at the Man in the Hat. The details of Pratchett's slow decline due to a rare form of Alzheimer's seem carefully chosen to maintain his dignity, but the process was shocking even as presented. For a writer who went WELL out of his way to maintain relations with his fans, he comes across as a bit of a grouch and unwilling to suffer fools, so all in all this feels pretty well balanced.
