What Members Thought
The present day part of the story felt cheesy and underdeveloped to me, but the part set in Ukraine was very compelling, and I appreciated learning a bit of the history from that time. I listened to parts on Audible and did not like the narrator, though; her voice felt almost Valley-girl, which felt really wrong for the gravity of the topic. I definitely recommend the written version of this one!
