Though i was apprehensive about reading this book, i have to admit is was pleasantly surprised. Though I don't like how the "government" keeps the population in check, it does make sense. I love the character for her ability to think outside the box and be "the adult" when it come to caring for her family after tragic accident, she also is starting to find herself when she is thrown into the "games". A great read. once you start, it is hard to put down.
