What Members Thought
A thought provoking plotline interwoven with great character development. highly recommend reading this before the movie comes out.
Joe Hill did an awesome job of creating the brooding and dark sense of impending doom that his father is famous for. This book wasn't so much scary as gloomy and depressing. The "monster" in this book is the evil that lurks within all of us. I admit I was expecting another Heart Shaped Box, where the "monster" is external. I just wasn't in the mood for this book at this time.

If you like Stephen King's writing then you will like his sons. Very good character development. Shocking at times. A very unique story. I'm going to be a fan of Joe Hill.
