I really enjoyed this bok. It captured my attention from the beginning and I didn't want to put it down, and it is rare for me to get really into a book right from the start. The end was completely unexpected and really caught me off guard and I still can't decide how I feel about it, but overall the book was great. I appreciate what Picoult is trying to do with a difficult subject matter here; however, I cannot get past her writing. I find it flowery and lacking in substance. And the fact that she has to inject romance into every book she writes, needlessly so, ruins it for me.
