Kept thinking I knew what was going to happen. And then I didn't. Every time I thought I had it figured out, there was another plot twist. Finally had to admit that although the writing was simple, the book still fooled me. Well played, Flynn. Well played.

I know I am way behind everyone on reading this, but holy crap. What a screwed up story! Completely different from what I thought it would be. Definitely a gripping story, if not a little bit dragging in certain parts. Took me several days to read, but held my interest well.
This one was somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. I appreciate that the book kept me pretty interested despite the fact that every character is awful, but the awfulness of the characters made it difficult to fully enjoy it. I also didn't really like the ending.
