Dark and gritty. Enjoyed getting to know the characters. Love the setting & can't wait to pick up Volume 2.
The story was great. The only thing I didn't like was the Echo (well room) as I felt lost/confused with what was happening. I'm assuming I'll find out more as the story progresses.
There were a few plot lines happening but they flowed together nicely allowing a deeper understanding of the characters past and character development. ...more
