What Members Thought
I listened to the audiobook of this book before reading the actual text. I highly recommend both formats. Cornelia Funke has done a fine job of developing the characters to make them believable and interesting. As a person who loves stories that involve books as part of the plot line, I appreciated the premise that characters could be read out of and in to a book. Funke's descriptive language kept me reading. (Do not ruin your reading experience by watching the movie version of this book. )
