I finally finished The Ocean at the End of the Lane and I'm left wondering what in the world I read. The beginning was interesting enough but then the story got weird. I considered DNFing it several times. I pushed through until it got good again though. My favorite parts were at the parts with Lettie at the Hempstock farm. The Hempstock women - Gran, Ginnie, & Lettie were my favs!
