Book on CD narrated by Anna Acton.
A sequel to her runaway hit Me Before You, this brings the reader up to date on Louisa and her efforts to heal from the events in the earlier novel. I can’t say much more because that would spoil the first book. (S*I*G*H)
There are no easy, straightforward answers for Louisa, Sam or Lily. Or, for that matter the supporting characters: Mr and Mrs Traynor, her parents, her sister. These characters have to struggle to find their way, but they find support with one a ...more

After You picks up 18 months after the events of Me Before You. We find Louisa Clarke stuck in a dead-end job at the City Airport’s Irish-themed pub, where she watches the planes come and go, knowing her own life has pretty much come to a halt. At night, she sits out on her roof, drinking white wine, feeling sorry for herself, until the night she accidentally falls off her roof and for a moment thinks she is paralyzed. The accident is the first in a series of events that force Louisa to confront

Oh, Jojo Moyes. Please!! Never again, write a book because fans demand it, or "need" to know what happens to the characters. This was fanfiction, and it felt like fanfiction. I was soooooo disappointed. It felt forced. I felt duped. If you have read the first one, I promise you you need to stop there. Be completely satisfied, emotionally drained, and happy you finished a well-written book. A loved book, and just wonder about characters. There's no need to know. It's not worth knowing. I didn't a

I loved this book almost as much as the first one "Me Before You" It was close but I just couldn't justify giving it a 5 star rating when the first book was just a little bit better (I didn't cry reading this one). After reading the synopsis on the back of the book, I was expecting the book to go in a slightly different direction and then in the very first chapter it threw me a curve ball followed not long after with another curve ball. You will have to read the book to find out what I am talkin

I know this book gets a lot of flack for not being as good as the previous novel Me Before You, but I still really enjoyed this book. I've fallen in love with the character of Louisa Clark and really enjoyed continuing on this journey with her as she struggles to move on past the loss of Will. This book is enjoyable because you can't help but cheer for Louisa who is such a caring person and is so busy doing what's best for other people that she sacrifices her own happiness. So while it might not
