This was my very first Stephen King novel. I'm not big on horror or thriller books. Despite being absolutely terrified of these types of films, when in book form I don't feel scared or even spooked. That said, I was looking forward to reading this novel to get a taste of the Stephen King fandom that everyone loves but also on a topic I find interesting.
