I forget how great book two is. Gilderoy Lockhart? Hi-larious! And the plot definitely is more developed, the friendships deeper. It's a treat how well things tie in like the car playing a larger role in the story later and not just at the start. I also love that Rowling answers questions that were brought up in the first book like why was Hagrid expelled? Also the book dives into the history of Hogwarts, which I love. I read this in Chinese version, not as interesting as the first one, however it still worth to read this.
