One of the most accessible and straightforward PKD novels I've read so far.

Continuing the PKD path here (binging them all in publication order). This is about a post atomic war future in which the world leaders have put all governing decisions in the hands of a neutral computer. Of course, things go badly. And it’s a great read. PKD’s scope is narrowing at this point in his published career and though there are many converging character paths, the focus is more economical leaving less acrobatic reading responsibilities. A good one.
