The four books that are included in this collection are some of the best I have ever read. These four stories together pretty much covers every genre in literature. This book is published by the Library of America and would be a great book to have on your bookshelf. The paper and binding is perfect for the multiple combined novels in the book. It feels like one solid novel when you are reading it. If anything, get it for the stories, they are amazing and life changing!

to be specific: I read The Man in the High Castle...It was all right, the score reflects that...Frustrating read, ending felt severely rushed. However, I did read it in a disjointed manner, in unequal parts over about 6 months. I'll be moving on to the next one, expecting more. It would have been cool to see if Dick could have done more with a book of alternate WWII and the I Ching...i do think it's possible that I missed a great deal and it was secretly very good. ...more

Four great books by Dick in one volume. If you are thinking about giving Dick a try this would be a very good start.

The Man in the High Castle is one of my favorite PKD novels; the first time I experienced it was by audiobook. Thinking about reading it again....
